Users agree to interact with 10x Studio tools in a manner that does not compromise system integrity or violate applicable laws. Prohibited activities include reverse-engineering, unauthorized access attempts, and using the services for malicious intent.
3. Intellectual Property
All source code, design systems, algorithms, and brand assets within the 10x Studio portfolio are the exclusive property of 10x Studio. No license is granted for reproduction or use outside of the provided service interfaces.
4. Disclaimers & Limitations
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. 10x Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our software.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any of our tools at our discretion, particularly in cases of user misconduct or non-compliance with these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. 10x Studio (10x Studio Allard) is a sole proprietorship company registered in Switzerland.
